Ingredients
- chilled martini glass
- 2 oz gin
- 1 oz dry vermouth (keep vermouth in the refrigerator)
- 2 dashes orange bitters
- enough cracked ice to fill mixing glass ½ to ⅔ full
- lemon twist for garnish
How-to
Make the Martini
- Fill a tall mixing glass ½-⅔ full with cracked ice
- Add gin, vermouth and bitters and stir vigorously
- Strain into chilled martini glass
- Garnish with a lemon twist
