Serves 1

Ingredients

  • 2 oz Irish whiskey (Bushmills or Jameson Irish Whiskey)
  • 4 oz hot coffee
  • 1 oz heavy cream
  • ½ oz Bailey's Irish Cream

How-to

  1. Heat whiskey, not above 140°
  2. Pour into cup and top with hot coffee
  3. In a cold container, whip together heavy cream and Bailey's Irish Cream until a a thin whipped cream forms
  4. Top hot beverage with whipped cream and serve

    The cream is breaking into the coffee. Secondly it is in an ugly mug. I will send it straight back if I ordered it. Not good enough.
